Our bodies, and thus our individual requirements are as unique as our DNA and fingerprint. You deserve and need a unique FoodPrint that is specifically geared to your needs, likes, lifestyle, and that takes your life circumstances (work, family etc.) into consideration.  Only then can a lifestyle change be sustainable and integrated into your life and become part of your new habit. Together we will determine your food preferences, your lifestyle, time availability etc., and based on that create your unique FoodPrint to guarantee a successful, joyful integration of this new lifestyle and ensure you really enjoy preparing and eating delicious and nutritious food that helps you achieve your long term health goal. 


MINDSET


Our mind is our biggest enemy. In order to conquer our thoughts and have long-term success with a lifestyle change it is essential to find out YOUR triggers, what helps you interrupt them, and ideally let go of them for good, and instead implement new habits so you can make choices that are aligned with your goals versus sticking with seemingly easier, conditioned habits and learned patterns and thus staying stuck. Generic tips don't work. 

Together we will create your unique MindsetPrint which will ensure sustainable success. 

The goal is to determine the trigger(s) and find a way to deal with it (tame it).


ACTIVITY


Some form of movement (exercise) is important in a healthy, sustainable lifestyle. Following a generic exercise plan doesn't necessarily work and take your individual body composition, time availability and likes/dislikes into consideration - all of which play a vital role in establishing a sustainable movement habit that you actually want to follow and makes you feel good. The goal is to create your individual movement practice that you can easily and joyfully 

implement into your life.

ABOUT US

Health Advocate Coaching Method

As a lawyer with offices in Berlin and Los Angeles, I lived a hectic lifestyle that lacked one thing: time. I neglected my health, felt uncomfortable in my body and went from one diet to the next.


Short-term successes did not last and I began to develop an uneasy relationship with food. I decided to treat myself and my problem like I would treat a client, a case, and to do everything to represent my client in the best possible way - in this case myself. So, I started my journey of intensive research, trained as a nutrition coach, took the pressure off to follow a certain diet and instead started to replace, for example, my favorite dishes with healthier alternatives.


Just as I know from my professional career as a lawyer, I researched the facts of healthy diets, looked into them, and developed a strategy. I developed HEALTH ADVOCATE Coaching from the realization that every person is unique and therefore needs a diet that suits their type and their lifestyle. 


Just like my work as a passionate attorney, I now represent and support people in reclaiming their health, and a body they feel completely comfortable in.


Healthy eating with pleasure and joy is possible, I know that today. That's why I want to spare those who want to change long-term the ordeal of going from diet to diet, and give them an individually created, simple and lifelong health routine that offers sustainable success.

Restriction and calorie counting is frustrating and not sustainable. Health Advocate Coaching is about adding foods, balance and helps you find YOUR sustainable, delicious lifestyle.
